BASIC CRITERIA

The following criteria must be met for application approval No Acceptations:

OUR BASIC CRITERIA:

- $100.00 application fee (per adult nonrefundable)

- 5 Year Work History

- Proof of sufficient income to afford the property, employment verification, benefits letter, etc.

- Valid Photo Id - Social Security Card

- Must have prior leasing or property ownership experience

- No evictions within the last 5 years!

- All utilities must be in the lease holder's name (Electrical, Gas and Water) 

LEASE TERMS

- 12-month lease minimum

- Security deposit = $1,500

- Tenant pays all utilities MUST BE IN LEASE HOLDER'S NAME

- Tenant must keep property clean and sanitary, maintain yard and weeds, remove snow, and is responsible for any blight or city tickets

- Crime-free, no evictions, income 2.5 x rent, background check required

- Pets case-by-case fee $30 - $75

- Application & proof of income required
