- $100.00 non-refundable application fee. (Per person)

- 2.5 Years Work History at Current Job

- Proof of income 3x monthly rent (last 2 to 4 check stubs)

- Valid Photo ID

- Social Security Card

- MUST HAVE A RENTAL HISTORY! (Held a previous lease in your name in the last 3 years)

- Consent to a credit and background check

- No evictions or Landlord tenant cases in the past 5 years!

- Must be able to turn-on utilities in your name. (Water, Electrical and Gas)
